Since transitioning into full-time freelance work in 2020, Ladipo has expanded her creative direction across fashion films, music videos, television, and branded campaigns. She has led wardrobe for campaigns with Adidas and Coca-Cola, and contributed costume and set design work across networks including Lifetime, AMC, BET, and Hulu.
